The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Jessica Carlisle, 28, 1722 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested December 6 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek for criminal trespassing.

Jake Sheets, 27, 150 Sheets Road, Hampton, was arrested December 6 by CCSO Lt. Larry Vaughn for possession of stolen property.

William Estep, 53, 2022 Highway 126, Bristol, was arrested December 6 by CCSO Deputy Robert Scott on a warrant for fugitive from justice.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:

David Harrison, 61, 4104 Highway 321, Butler, was arrested December 5 by EPD Officer Eric Buck on a warrant for violation of community supervision for life.
