Carter County residents win Christmas pageant

Juli Lewis and her daughter Annie recently won another pageant together, this time in Bristol, Va.
The duo both won the title in their respective competitions during the Miss Christmas Spectacular competition, while wearing matching outfits for the gown competition.
“It was a dream come true for me and Annie to both win Queen during the same pageant,” Lewis said.
