The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Heather Riddle-Hicks 33, 131 Icy Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested December 31 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskernon a capias for failure to appear and a warrant for violation of probation.

Leslie Grindstaff, 48, 310 Hamilton Street, Elizabethton, was arrested December 31 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding attachment for failure to appear.

Chasidy Kuykendall, 30, 1909 Cherokee Road, Johnson City, was arrested December 31 by CCSO Sergeant Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.

Jimmy Gray, 36, 159 Cross Valley, Surgoinsville, was arrested December 31 by CCSO Deputy Jessie Hodges for aggravated assault.

Shawna Thurman, 26, 501 Pardee Street, Johnson City, was arrested January 1 by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill on a warrant for violation of probation.

Walter Fuller, 40, 1012 Grindstaff Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested January 1 by CCSO Lieutenant Myles Cook on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Sarah Fagley, 43, 415 Cottonwood Lane, Piney Flats, was arrested January 1 by CCSO Sergeant Travis Ludlow on an attachment for contempt out of Chancery Court.
