The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Rondal Hyder, 32, 433 Dry Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested January 4 by CCSO Deputy David Munsey on a warrant for violation of probation.

Michael Perez, 36, 242 Avonlea Place, Johnson City, was arrested January 4 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault.

Jeremy Hall, 28, 190 Lovers Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested January 4 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Robert Hyatt, 50, 328 4th Avenue, Watauga, was arrested January 4 by CCSO Deputy Brian Smithpeters for driving on suspended 10th.

Cody Higgins, 28, 1293 Bluefield Avenue, Apt. B2121, Elizabethton, was arrested January 4 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Dakota English, 21, 204 Ed Green Road, Hampton, was arrested January 4 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Anthony Holsclaw, 22, 105 Heather Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested January 4 by CCSO Deputy Jessie Hodges for aggravated assault.

Dearl Rogers, 50, 151 Hidden Oaks Drive, Johnson City, was arrested January 5 by CCSO Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for failure to appear.

Chance Nance, 56, 242 Fox Hollow Road, Bluff City, was arrested January 5 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Anita Nance, 59, 268 Fox Hollow Road, Bluff City, was arrested January 5 by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on 10 counts of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.

Madonna Carlson, 29, 328 Cypher Street, Mt. Carmel, was arrested January 6 by CCSO Lieutenant Mark McClain on warrants for violation of probation, failure to appear out of juvenile court and a failure to appear out of General Sessions Court.

Jeffrey Bowman, 41, 281 Weaver Hill Road, Johnson City, was arrested January 6 by CCSO Deputy Cody Farley on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Dwayne Johnson, 48, 1711 East Oakland Avenue, Johnson City, was arrested January 6 by CCSO Deputy Cody Farley on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Jacob Kacmar, 21, 716 West G Street, Elizabethton, was arrested January 6 by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill on a warrant for failure to appear.

Michael Salmons, 47, 103 Forest Hill Drive, Johnson City, was arrested January 6 by CCSO Deputy Cody Farley for an attachment pro corpus.

Michael Trusler, 38, 136 Central Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested January 6 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on an arrest warrant for violation of probation.

Charles Williams, 53, 1209 Davison Street, Johnson City, was arrested January 7 by CCSO Sergeant Michael Malone for aggravated assault.

Mark Briscoe, 55, 424 Cash Hollow Road, Johnson City, was arrested January 7 by CCSO Deputy Cody Farley for schedule VI violation.

Charles Williams, 53, 1209 Davison Street, Johnson City, was arrested January 7 by CCSO Deputy Mckenly Berry on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear and evading arrest, driving while license suspended, simple possession, DUI, violation of implied consent and reckless endangerment.

Roger Killen, 30, 190 Miller Avenue, Johnson City, was arrested January 7 by CCSO Deputy Justin Burchfield on warrants for failure to appear out of Carter County Criminal Court, failure to appear out of criminal court and failure to appear out of General Sessions Court.

Billy Napier, 26, 149 Lovers Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested January 7 by CCSO Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Gethin Russell, 21, 609 Trudy Street, Elizabethton, was arrested January 7 by CCSO Lieutenant Mark McClain for DUI.

Dustin Wooten, 28, 140 Edgewater Road, Elizabethton, was arrested January 8 by CCSO Lieutenant Myles Cook for aggravated domestic assault.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:

Christin Ninkovich, 27, 1200 Highway 19E, Elizabethton, was arrested January 4 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett on active warrants out of Unicoi County.

John Patterson, 37, 910 Cedar Avenue, Elizabethton,  was arrested January 5 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett for shoplifting, simple possession/casual exchange and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Dwayne Johnson, 48, 184 Brookdale Drive, Johnson City,  was arrested January 6 by EPD Officer Jason Mosier for DUI, schedule II drug violations, driving while suspended, possession of methamphetamine, convicted felon possession of a handgun and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jacqueline Neatherly, 50, 493 Cedar Street, Mountain City,  was arrested January 6 by EPD Officer Justin Pearce on an active warrant for theft of property.
