The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Samuel Kosbau, 30, 1701 N John B Dennis HWY, Kingsport, was arrested January 22 by CCSO Deputy Douglas Mahan on a warrant for failure to appear.
Ross Campbell, 39, 800 Broyles Avenue, Erwin, was arrested January 22 by CCSO Deputy Douglas Mahan on a warrant for violation of probation.
Brandy Nave, 31, 2717 South Roan Street, Johnson City, was arrested January 22 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.
Brianna VanOsdol, 22, 518 Johnson Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested January 22 by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on warrants for violation of probation.
Joshua Tester, 36, 131 Pleasant Beach Road, Elizabethton, was arrested January 22 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.
Markayla Rouse, 19, 137 Dogtown Road, Elizabethton, was arrested January 22 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek for criminal trespass, vandalism and an active warrant for failure to appear.
Dylan Davis, 22, 372 Sims Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested January 22 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek for criminal trespass and vandalism.
Jonathan Cole, 24, 812 Stateline Road, Elizabethton, was arrested January 22 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of probation.
Brandon Yates, 30, 5128 Big Ridge Road, Haysi, VA., was arrested January 22 by CCSO Sergeant Christopher Reichenbach for driving without a license and drug paraphernalia.
Juanita Bowling, 354 Mosier Road, Johnson City, was arrested January 23 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
