The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Larry Hinkle, 49, 1715 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested February 7 by CCSO Lieutenant Keith Range on a warrant for theft of property over $10,000 and two counts of identity theft.
Tupac Shakur, 39, 2310 Stafford Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested February 7 by CCSO Lieutenant Keith Range on a warrant for violation of probation.
Bradley Necessary, 21, 1311 E Unaka Avenue, Johnson City, was arrested February 7 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for failure to appear.
Raymond Hoilman, 32, 225 Kitzmiller Road, Gray, was arrested February 7 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for failure to appear.
Hunter Mabry, 19, 6824 Edgemont Road, Collettsville, NC, was arrested February 7 by CCSO Deputy Jonathan Simerly for underage consumption and resisting stop halt frisk.
Heather Johnson, 30, 5633 Orr Bank Road, Kingsport, was arrested February 7 by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant for theft of property.
Christopher Winfrey, 31, 133 Hidden Oaks Lane, Roan Mountain, was arrested February 7 by CCSO Lieutenant Isaac Ray on a warrant for contempt.
Rebecca McClain, 31, address withheld, was arrested February 7 by CCSO Deputy Brian Smithpeters for filing a false report.
Cara McCloud, 34, 2221 Elizabethton Highway, Johnson City, was arrested February 7 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.
William Gowin, 24, 162 Brimer Road, Elizabethton, was arrested February 7 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.
