The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Jamie Hardin, 49, 1 Lynwood Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested February 14 by CCSO Sergeant David Munsey on a warrant for violation of probation.
Lewis Thomas, 44, 4253 Reedy Creek Road, Bristol, Va., was arrested February 14 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.
Clinton Cooper, 32, 121 Furman Road, Unicoi, was arrested February 15 by CCSO Sergeant Christopher Reichenbach on a warrant for failure to appear.
Skylar Permenter, 28, 2560 Plymouth Road, Johnson City, was arrested February 15 by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Blevins for DUI.
Vince Pittis, 29, address withheld, was arrested February 16 by CCSO Deputy Robert Scott for disorderly conduct.
Gregory Gibson, 28, 667 Margael Circle, McMinnville, was arrested February 16 by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant for shoplifting.
Gregory Mann, 43, 2160 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested February 16 by CCSO Sergeant Travis Ludlow on an attachment for contempt.
Tabitha Holtsclaw, 31, 2800 W. Walnut Street, Johnson City, was arrested February 17 by CCSO Sergeant David Tranbarger on an active warrant for failure to appear.
Brandon Carrier, 37, 125 Gay Fletcher Road, Elizabethton, was arrested February 17 by CCSO Deputy Justin Burchfield on a warrant for all other thefts and auto theft.
Joshua Owens, 38, 217 Toll Branch Road, Johnson City, was arrested February 17 by CCSO Sergeant Christopher Reichenbach on a warrant for failure to appear.
Jennifer Davis, 35, 112 King Springs Road, Johnson City, was arrested February 17 by CCSO Sergeant Travis Ludlow on two warrants for failure to appear.
Steven Kacmar, 20, 1241 Bluefield Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested February 18 by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Blevins on a warrant for failure to appear.
Dayton Grant, 38, 646 Old Rail Road Grade Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested February 19 by CCSO Sergeant David Tranbarger for public intoxication.
