Playing some of the hottest baseball of any team in Northeast Tennessee, the Elizabethton Cyclones are quickly climbing to the top of the Tennessee Coaches Baseball Association state poll as Elizabethton heads into the home stretch of the regular season.

The Cyclones are on the heels of the defending state champion Greeneville Green Devils who defeated ‘Betsy in last season’s state tournament.

Elizabethton joins Greeneville and Tennessee High as the only teams from Northeast Tennessee ranked in any classification.
