The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Simon Hughes, 36, 65 Milligan Highway, Johnson City, was arrested on October 21 by Deputy Josh Peters on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Tracie Carver, 47, 1500 Bell Ridge Road, Johnson City, was arrested on October 21 by Deputy Josh Peters on a warrant for failure to appear.

Kali Macrae, 26, 361 Old Buck Mountain Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on October 21 by Sgt. Christopher Reichenbach for driving on revoked license and financial responsibility.

Sonny Acosta, 33, 122 Commodore Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 21 by Sgt. Christopher Reichenbach on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Rex Johnson, 40, 340 5th Ave., Watauga, was arrested on October 21 by Sgt. Christopher Reichenbach on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Terri Fox, 45, 172 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested on October 22 by Deputy Candice Potter on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jeremy Hall, 29, 609 Sugar Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 22 by Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.

Megan Chorvas, 32, 506 South Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 22 by Deputy Justin Covington for simple possession x3, drug paraphernalia and warrants for failure to appear and violation of probation.

Tyler Siebenthal, 24, 1218 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 22 by Deputy Justin Covington for simple possession x3 and drug paraphernalia.

Ashley Morrell, 24, 106 Milligan View Road, Johnson City, was arrested on October 22 by Deputy Clyde Garland on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Robert Ray, 28, 100 South Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 22 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for violation of probation.

Christopher Gibbs, 33, 114 Vanover Road, Johnson City, was arrested on October 22 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for violation of probation.

Jonathan Zimmerman, 32, 359 Hwy. 91, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 22 by Lt. Isaac Rhea for possession of Schedule I, Schedule III, Schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hutch Sims, 22, 147 Betterley Place, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 22 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for violation of probation.

Brandon Frye, 32, address withheld, was arrested on October 22 by Sgt. Michael Malone for domestic assault.

Kyle Padua, 33, 199 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested on October 22 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Johnathon Murray, 30, 121 Ruby Ave., Lot 11, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 24 by Lt. Isaac Rhea on a warrant for violation of probation.

Harley Miller, 18, address withheld, was arrested on October 24 by Deputy Russell Broadway on an outstanding warrant for domestic assault and vandalism.

Barbara Richardson, 46, 267 Anderson Road, Johnson City, was arrested on October 24 by Lt. Isaac Rhea on an active warrant for theft over $1,000.

Robert Church, 49, 306 Academy St., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 24 by Deputy McKenly Berry on a warrant for failure to appear.

Robert Ray, 28, 217 Franklin Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 23 by Deputy Clyde Garland for fugitive from justice.

Misty Bennett, 42, 1142 Huffine Road, Johnson City, was arrested on October 24 by Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Charles Purnell, 41, no address, was arrested on October 17 by EPD Officer Justin Pearce for public intoxication and theft of services.

Gary Davis, 67, 124 Hilbert Circle, Jonesborough, was arrested on October 17 by EPD Officer Matt Croy for DUI (second offense) and speeding.

Harold Scalf, 68, 716 South Lynn Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 22 by U.S. Deputy Marshall McCoy on an active federal warrant.

Dalton Reece, 21, 1294 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 23 by EPD Officer Jesse Richardson on an active warrant for violation of probation.
