The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Davaunte Phillips, 21, 107 Hidden Cove Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 28 by Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant for failure to appear.

Samuel Lyons, 45, 330 Cash Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 28 by Lt. Michale Carlock on a warrant for violation of probation.

Kenneth Miller, 64, 405 North Austin Springs Road, Piney Flats, was arrested on October 28 by Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant for violation of probation.

Tammie Birchfield, 49, 120 Frank Birchfield Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on October 28 by Sgt. William Staschak for drug paraphernalia and on an outstanding warrant for domestic assault.

Brandon Barnett, 37, 138 Rocky Lane, Roan Mountain, was arrested on October 28 by Deputy Mckenly Berry for simple possession and a warrant for violation of probation.

Jessie Combs, 25, 2020 Carr Hollow Road, Bluff City, was arrested on October 28 by Deputy Robert Scott on warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.

Lisa Combs, 51, 1717 Sherry Hill Road, Johnson City, was arrested on October 28 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Clifford Deloach, 27, 635 Willow Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 29 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on an active warrant for failure to appear.

David Fox, 23, 131 Smith Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 29 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Anthony Rock, 34, 2340 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 29 by Deputy Richard Whitt on an outstanding warrant for leaving the scene of an accident (damage to vehicle), no/expired license and failure to exercise due care.

Robert Sommers, 33, 101 Roy Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 29 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.

Michael Tipton, 47, 104 Nave St., Hampton, was arrested on October 29 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.

Misty Hicks, 45, 1840 Presswood Road, Johnson City, was arrested on October 31 by Deputy Cody Farley on an active warrant for violation of probation.
