A two-vehicle crash on Highway 19E in Roan Mountain resulted in two fatalities over the weekend. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol’s report, a 2010 Dodge Charger was driving southbound on Highway 19E when it crossed the center line and struck a 2015 Chevy Silverado head-on. THP said each vehicle had one other occupant. Of the four involved, both occupants of the Charger died, while the Silverado’s occupants were treated for injuries. No charges have been issued at this time.
