Charges pending from single-vehicle accident

According to Tennessee Highway Patrol, charges are pending after a single-vehicle crash on Highway 91 near Unaka Elementary School on Wednesday.
According to THP, Jason Szabo, 29, was traveling in his 2006 Mazda 3 north on Highway 91 when he lost control of his vehicle, running off the road hitting a tree.
Szabo was transported to Johnson City Medical Center by helicopter for treatment.
