The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Amber Jones, 32, 1241 Windsor Ave., Bristol, was arrested on January 13 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of probation.

Brian Davis, 39, 144 Cal Drive, Limestone, was arrested on January 13 by Deputy Russell Broadway on warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.

Clinton McKinney, 36, 1114 Tiger Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on January 13 by Deputy Russell Broadway on a warrant for violation of probation.

Joseph Miller, 37, 109 Butterfly Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on January 13 by Deputy Russell Broadway on warrants for violation of community corrections.

Pamela Cutshaw, 37, 1319 Dry Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on January 13 by Deputy Josh Peters on a warrant for aggravated burglary and theft of property under $1,000.

Robert Guinn, 48, 207 E. Myrtle Ave., Johnson City, was arrested on January 13 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.

Heather Hicks, 34, 510 Johnson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on January 14 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for failure to appear.

Julian Smith, 29, 741 Well St., Elizabethton, was arrested on January 14 by Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.

William Bouton, 35, 702 W. Pine St., Johnson City, was arrested on January 14 by Deputy Russell Broadway on a warrant for violation of probation.

Brett Ashby, 31, 320 Albemarle Ave., Erwin, was arrested on January 14 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for contempt.

Michael Winters, 49, 703 Hickory St., Elizabethton, was arrested on January 14 by Sgt. William Staschak for fugitive from justice.

Suzanne Parent, 59, 1401 Rock Garden Road, Johnson City, was arrested on January 14 by Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for failure to appear.

Matthew Clark, 23, 635 Woodlyn Road, Johnson City, was arrested on January 14 by Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant for theft of property and vandalism.

Donna Higgins, 51, 1293 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on January 14 by Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for failure to appear.

Dante Brown, 21, 825 Vance Drive, Bristol, was arrested on January 15 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Dana Wilson, 40, 8372 Highway 19E, Roan Mountain, was arrested on January 15 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for violation of probation.

Brittany Turbyfill, 27, 152 Dolan Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on January 15 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for failure to appear.

David Simerly, 34, 101 Hidden Oaks St., Roan Mountain, was arrested on January 15 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation.

David Taunton, 20, 109 Rome Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on January 15 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation.

Jeffrey Humphrey, 80, 2750 Bob Little Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on January 16 by Deputy Clyde Garland for DUI and failure to give immediate notice of an accident.

David Berrelez, 28, 315 New Hope Road, Jonesborough, was arrested on January 16 by Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant for failure to appear.

Christopher Berry, 27, 1081 Bristol Caverns Hwy., Bristol, was arrested on January 16 by Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant for failure to appear.

Austin Arnold, 23, 218 South Holston Dam Road, Bristol, was arrested on January 17 by Deputy Kevin Kemp for fugitive from justice.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:

Cassidy Pearce, 35, 2140 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested on January 14 by EPD Officer Joshua Baggett for auto theft and vandalism.

Chad McInturff, 39, no address, was arrested on January 14 by EPD Sgt. James Sexton for public intoxication.

Shane Helbert, 42, 140 Carr Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on January 14 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett for public intoxication and possession of prohibited weapons.

Henry Blevins, 35, 149 Mill Pond Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on January 15 by EPD Sgt. Douglas Combs for methamphetamine-manufacturer, deliver, sell, unlawful drug paraphernalia and on a warrant for violation of probation.
