The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Shane Helbert, 42, 140 Carr Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on March 2 by Captain Thomas Smith for public intoxication.

Daniel Taylor, 70, 361 Garrison Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on March 2 by Deputy Cody Farley for DUI and driving while revoked/suspended.

Jordan Branch, 29, 270 Happy Valley Road, Johnson City, was arrested on March 3 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for violation of probation.

Katrina Peters, 26, 106 Rome Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on March 3 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for violation of probation.

Crystal Williams-Chambers, 48, 6562 US 19E, Roan Mountain, was arrested on March 3 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Michael Hale, 30, 113 Miller Hill Road, Johnson City, was arrested on March 3 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for failure to appear.

Patrick Culbert, 31, 1972 King Springs Road, Johnson City, was arrested on March 3 by Sgt. Eric Norman on a warrant for failure to appear.

Cheyenne Shoun, 25, 1062 Highway 321, Hampton, was arrested on March 3 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for domestic assault.

Eric Bowman, 34, 1253 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on March 3 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for failure to appear.

Billy Fletcher, 39, 476 Piercetown Road, Butler, was arrested on March 3 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for violation of probation.

Timothy Arnold, 55, 131 South Brook Road, Hendersonville, N.C., was arrested on March 3 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for failure to appear.

Shadow Monington, 28, 114 Dugger St., Hampton, was arrested on March 3 by Deputy Christopher Caudill for simple possession Schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacture, deliver, sell or possession of methamphetamine.

Lexie Carpenter, 20, 474 Nave Hollow Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested on March 4 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for violation of probation.

Zachary Hughes, 31, 120 Luke Winters Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on March 4 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on two counts for violation of an order of protection.

Whitney Pinkston, 32, 208 H Heaton Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on March 4 by Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Joshua Milsaps, 26, 828 Hickory St., Elizabethton, was arrested on March 4 by Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Shawn Malone, 37, 1959 Bristol Highway, Watauga, was arrested on March 4 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for violation of probation.

Sarah Mathes, 28, 1293 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on March 5 by Deputy Clyde Garland on a warrant for failure to appear.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:

Raymond Hoilman, 33, 913 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested on March 3 by EPD Officer Mike Ward for public intoxication, resisting stop, frisk, halt arrest or search, possession of Schedule III and IV drugs and two warrants for failure to appear.

James Laycock, 33, 142 Spears Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on March 4 by EPD Officer Eric Buck for disorderly conduct and reckless driving.

Christopher Guy, 46, 1021 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on March 5 by EPD Officer David Johnson for driving while being a habitual motor offender, drivers to exercise due care, manufacture, deliver, sell methamphetamine, unlawful drug paraphernalia and simple possession of Schedule IV.

Ronald Meyer, 49, 207 Hidden Timbers Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on March 5 by EPD Officer Mike Ward on a warrant for violation of probation.

Damion Kinder, 49, 708 North Main St., Elizabethton, was arrested on March 5 by EPD Officer Lance Peters for public intoxication.
