Rocky Top Gun Permit School has canceled its handgun carry permit class scheduled for March 21 and rescheduled for April 18. Instructor Ken Potter said the cancellation is brought about by the heightened awareness of the coronavirus. He hopes this has not inconvenienced anyone.
