COVID-19 cases, deaths and hospitalizations rise in Tennessee as recoveries are also now being reported

The number of COVID-19 cases in Tennessee is approaching 3,000.
The number is now 2,683 cases as of April 1.
These include 21 in Washington County, 15 in Greene County, 17 in Sullivan County, five in Hawkins County, two in Johnson County, one in Carter County and one in Unicoi County.
The number of deaths is now being listed as 24 with 200 hospitalizations. Recovered patients is now at 137.
During this time, it is highly recommended that you follow proper hygiene, including hand washing for a minimum of 20 seconds, and continuing to practice social distancing.
