As Easter 2020 is celebrated, one noted community event will be sorely missed as the Peters Hollow Egg Fight was scheduled for its 197th battle this year but due to the COVID-19 pandemic was unfortunately canceled.
But thanks to CY Peters, the Star wants to journey to some of the past egg fights in photos as a way to bring memories back to those who have competed for many years in the storied competition.
Some of the photos are identified by year or with names while there may be some that have not been identified. We hope our readers enjoy a trip back in time thanks to Peters.
