Number of COVID-19 cases updated for Tennessee

The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Tennessee has now reached 6,262 of April 16. There are now 2,786 recovered patients.
The number of deaths is now being listed as 141, with 691 hospitalizations.
A total of 85,049 tests have been conducted in the state as of now.
For Carter County, there have now been four confirmed cases. Two cases are recovered, and one has died.
During this time, it is highly recommended that you follow continue practicing proper hygiene, including hand washing for a minimum of 20 seconds, and following social distancing guidelines.
