COVID-19 recoveries surpass 3,000 in Tennessee

The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Tennessee has now reached 6,589 as of April 17. There are now 3,017 recovered patients.
The number of deaths is now being listed as 142, with 711 hospitalizations.
A total of 87,273 tests have been conducted in the state as of now.
For Carter County, there have now been four confirmed cases. Two cases are recovered, and one has died.
During this time, it is highly recommended that you continue practicing proper hygiene, including hand washing for a minimum of 20 seconds, and follow social distancing guidelines.
