CDC adds new symptoms to COVID-19

New symptoms for COVID-19 have been added by the CDC. It is now being listed that, in addition to fever, cough and shortness of breath, the following can also indicate the virus:
- Chills
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Sore throat
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
If you suspect you have any of these symptoms, please call 833-822-5523, the Department of Health’s hotline at 877-857-2945, or your local healthcare provider. Social distancing, wearing masks and proper hygiene, like washing hands for a minimum of 20 seconds, remain advised.
