COVID-19 cases in Tennessee approach 10,000

The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Tennessee has now reached 9,918 as of April 27. There are now 4,720 recovered patients.
The number of deaths is now being listed as 184, with 837 hospitalizations.
A total of 154,402 tests have been conducted in the state as of now.
For Carter County, there have now been 11 confirmed cases. Six cases are recovered, and one has died.
During this time, it is highly recommended that you continue practicing proper hygiene, including hand washing for a minimum of 20 seconds, and follow social distancing guidelines.
