COVID-19 cases in Tennessee surpass 14,000

The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Tennessee is now 14,096 as of May 7. There are now 6,783 recovered patients.
The number of deaths is now being listed as 237, with 1,266 hospitalizations.
A total of 236,328 tests have been conducted in the state as of now.
For Carter County, there have now been 18 confirmed cases. 13 cases are recovered, and one has died.
During this time, it is highly recommended that you continue practicing proper hygiene, including hand washing for a minimum of 20 seconds, and follow social distancing guidelines.
