COVID-19 cases still climbing

The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Tennessee is now 18,532 as of May 20. There are now 11,783 recovered patients.
The number of deaths is now being listed as 309, with 1,515 hospitalizations.
A total of 354,013 tests have been conducted in the state as of now.
For Carter County, there have now been 19 confirmed cases. 17 cases are recovered, and one has died.
During this time, it is highly recommended that you continue practicing proper hygiene, including hand washing for a minimum of 20 seconds, and follow social distancing guidelines.
