Franklin Health and Wellness Center in Elizabethton closes

The Franklin Health and Wellness Center in Elizabethton is being closedeffective immediately. In an email sent to members, it is described that the decision was made to best suit current circumstances.
“We want to provide optimal wellness services, in the best possible environment,” the email states. “Consolidating our services into one location – at The Wellness Center in Johnson City (TWCJC) – makes that possible.”
Despite closing, members are welcome to the Johnson City facility, where there will be no charge during the month of June. If they decide to continue after this, the Wellness Center’s Johnson City fee structure and schedule will apply.
Affected team members have been notified and will remain in the health system.
This decision was not made due to COVID-19.
