City garbage schedule altered due to holiday

The offices of the City of Elizabethton will be closed Monday, May 25, for Memorial Day. Due to the closing, the garbage schedule has been altered.
Garbage pick-up scheduled for Monday through Thursday will be one day late with Thursday and Friday being collected on Friday.
Also, offices at the Carter County Courthouse will be closed Monday as will all state and federal offices.
Financial institutions will be closed Monday.
There will be no mail delivery Monday nor window service at the Elizabethton Post Office.
