The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Jamie Hardin, 50, 197 Carl Smith Road, Hampton, was arrested on August 20 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for two counts of conspiracy to possess methamphetamine 26 grams or more, sell/deliver and sale of methamphetamine .5 grams or more.
Daniel Allmon, 33, 106 Holly Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 20 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis for introduction of contraband into a penal facility and Schedule II drug violation.
Karen Matheson, 39, 138 Greenbriar, Hampton, was arrested on August 20 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for failure to appear.
Jason Julian, 41, 128 Betterley Place, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 21 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of probation.
Bethany Johnson, 26, 1256 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 21 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Courtney McKay-Jones, 27, 1224 Reedy Place, Kingsport, was arrested on August 22 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for failure to appear.
Paula Moore, 42, 808 Walnut St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 22 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of meth.
James Jennings, 41, 133 Roan St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 22 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of probation.
Michael Mannis, 31, 208 Franklin Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 22 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for violation of probation.
Kirk Buchanan, 48, no address, was arrested on August 22 by Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.
Ashley Clawson, 33, 1065 Buck Mountain Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on August 23 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of probation and a warrant for failure to appear.
Mickel Hilton, 34, 146 Carlton Road, Bristol, was arrested on August 23 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Kelvin Bradley, 43, 3 Mel Circle, Johnson City, was arrested on August 23 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Andrea Britt, 51, 121 Blue Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 22 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for failure to appear.
Cindy Sims, 58, 1293 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 23 by Deputy Candice Potter on a warrant for failure to appear.
Brian Heatherly, 23, 621 McArthur St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 23 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for evading arrest while operating a motor vehicle and driving while license revoked/suspended.
The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
Coty Harris, 27, address withheld, was arrested on August 21 by EPD Cpl. James Deese for public intoxication, evading arrest and resisting stop/arrest.
Larry Trivette, 42, 1344 Broad St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 22 by EPD Officer Jessee Richardson for theft-possession of stolen property over $10,000, driving on suspended license (second offense), failure to comply with financial responsibility and on a warrant for failure to appear.
Travis Balado, 44, homeless, was arrested on August 19 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett for public intoxication and on a warrant for domestic assault.
Edward Guinn, 51, no address, was arrested on August 22 by EPD Sgt. Curtis Bullock for public intoxication.
Sabra Pritchard, 36, 603 Cedar Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 24 by EPD Officer Justin Johnson on a warrant for failure to appear.
