Police seek information on missing city juvenile

The Elizabethton Police Department is requesting the public’s help with information on a runaway/missing juvenile.
A department spokesman said the juvenile identified as Elizabeth Denise Lowe is 12 years of age, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, and has shoulder length red hair with blonde streaks.
Police say she has been missing since last Thursday.
