The Carter County Clerk’s Office (vehicle registrations, marriage licenses, business licenses, etc.) will be closed Wednesday, Oct. 7, through Sunday, Oct. 12, due to construction at the courthouse.
The Clerk’s Office will re-open on Monday, Oct. 13, at 8 a.m.
