The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Jennifer Dougherty, 47, 375 Jim Elliott Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 5 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of probation.
Benjamin Blackwell, 28, 534 Crowe Bottom Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 5 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of probation.
Wilburn Norris, 50, 208 Old Lacey Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 5 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of probation.
Hutch Sims, 23, 147 Betterley Place, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 5 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of bond supervision.
Raymond Anderson, 41, 910 Cedar Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 5 by Deputy Christian Carrier for possession with intent to sell Schedule VI and Schedule III.
Leah Anderson, 34, 910-1/2 Cedar Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 5 by Deputy Mckenly Berry for DUI.
Markayla Rouse, 20, 137 Dogtown Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 5 by Deputy Justin Covington on warrants for theft over $1,000 x2.
Kelvin Bradley, 21, 216 Dry Branch Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 5 by Deputy Justin Covington for DUI.
