The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Dolly Mae Lawson Frazier was arrested on May 27 by CCSO Deputy Jeremiah Bartlett on a warrant for violation of probation.
Samuel L Garrison was arrested on May 27 by CCSO Deputy Tyler Holsclaw for driving while revoked 2nd offense, manufacture, delivery, sale or, possession of methamphetamine/drug/narcotic violations.
Andrea Donielle Phillips was arrested on May 27 by CCSO Sergeant William Staschak on a warrant for failure to appear.
Michael P Bailey was arrested on May 28 by CCSO Deputy Clyde Garland on a warrant for failure to appear.
James Melvin Brummitt was arrested on May 29 by CCSO Lieutenant Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.
Leah Vines Anderson was arrested on May 29 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for violation of probation.

Jeffery Caudill was arrested on May 29 by CCSO Deputy Justin Burchfield for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Michael Keith Lamb was arrested on May 29 by CCSO Lieutenant Travis Ludlow for criminal trespass.
Juanita Jean Bowling was arrested on May 30 by CCSO Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for violation of probation.
Richard Andrew Price was arrested on May 31 by CCSO Deputy Clyde Garland for financial responsibility – no insurance, drug paraphernalia, simple possession or casual exchange, manufacture, delivery, sale or,  possession of methamphetamine/drug/narcotic violations.
Brett Alan Spates was arrested on May 31 by CCSO Deputy Morris Stewart on a warrant for failure to appear.
