The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Jason Michael Spencer was arrested on February 10 by CCSO Deputy Tyler Holsclaw on a warrant for failure to appear.
John Anthony Prkut Jr. was arrested on February 10 by CCSO Deputy Tyler Holsclaw on a warrant for violation of probation.
Staci Barnes Perry was arrested on February 10 by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for theft of property.
Reggie A. Putman was arrested on February 10 by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for failure to appear.
Brittany Nicole Randolph was arrested on February 10 by CCSO Deputy Timothy Garland for DUI (first offense).
Jose Luis Cordero was arrested on February 10 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on warrants for failure to appear.
Jessica Jane Chafin was arrested on February 12 by CCSO Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.
Ricky Allen Evans was arrested on February 12 by CCSO Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.
Billy Ty Bowling was arrested on February 13 by CCSO Deputy Gabriel Felty on a warrant for violation of probation.
Jason Robert Julian was arrested on February 14 by CCSO Deputy Amanda Patterson on a warrant for violation of probation.
Amy Lucretia Stanton was arrested on February 14 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill for domestic assault (first offense/simple assault).
Kristen Fay Snyder was arrested on February 14 by CCSO Deputy Robert Scott on a warrant for failure to appear.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
Brenda Jane Peters was arrested on February 11 by EPD Sgt. Sarah Ellison for DUI (first offense), simple possession or casual exchange, and drug paraphernalia.
Scotty Ray Quinton was arrested on February 13 by EPD Captain Anthony Buck for evading arrest, resisting stop/arrest, public intoxication, and shoplifting under $1,000.
Michael David Hughes was arrested on February 14 by EPD Officer Callie Peltier for public intoxication.
Johnathan Alan O’Quinn was arrested on February 14 by EPD Officer Samuel Woodby for DUI (first offense), and no driver’s license.
Jesus A. Salinas was arrested on February 15 by EPD Officer Spencer Ward for DUI (first offense), speeding + 20, open container, driving on roadways laned for traffic, violation of the implied consent law, and criminal littering.
