The Elizabethton Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals in the following photos for questioning in regards to a case involving the theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.
To submit an anonymous tip, simply text message a text to TIPEPD and your tip to 847411 or contact Capt. Chris Bowers at 423-547-6409 or Kela Hartley at 423-547-6250.
