Carter County Sheriff’s Department investigators are asking for the public’s help in locating Cody Birchfield, who was reported missing earlier this month. He was last reported to be seen at his residence on Hwy. 91 in Elizabethton. Birchfield, 34, is described as being 6’2″ tall and weighing 185 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes.
