Search ongoing for Johnson City shooting suspect

Johnson City Police are investigating an early-morning shooting that occurred in Downtown Johnson City.
According to the report, at approximately 1 a.m. on Saturday officers responded to the shooting at Spring St. near Tipton St. Upon arrival, the police found two bystanders were shot during the incident and received non-life-threatening injuries.
The shooter was described by witnesses as a black male, approximately 6’1″ to 6’3″ and wearing black clothing.
An investigation is ongoing at this time.
