The Johnson City Police Department is investigating a shooting that injured two individuals at 3 a.m. Wednesday.

According to reports, the JCPD responded to the Carver Housing Community located at 500 Washington Avenue in Johnson City in reference to a shooting.

The investigation is in its early stages but the police department reported that two individuals were shot in the incident. All injuries are considered to be non-life threatening.
