Three Happy Valley Warriors earn All-State honors

It was a big day on center stage for three athletes from Happy Valley High School as they participated in the 2022 TSSAA Class A State Track event at Middle Tennessee State University on Tuesday.
Senior Scarlett Zeoli got things off on a high note for the team from Happy Valley as she placed seventh in the long jump to earn All-State honors.
Cameron Cochran kept the ball rolling as his heave in the discus competition resulted in a runner-up finish and All-State accolades. Cochran improved from his 2021 showing where he finished seventh at the state competition earning All-State.
Sophomore Marcida Moore returned for her second consecutive year to the state competition and put her experience from last season to task as she placed eighth in the 100m hurdles and seventh in the 300m hurdles earning All-State honors for the second consecutive year.
