Highland Ridge Properties opens in downtown Elizabethton

Highland Ridge Properties LLC recently opened an office in downtown Elizabethton.

Deborah Sutherland, a long-time Tri-Cities resident, is opening the real estate office. She brings 40 years of experience in real estate sales and broker office management to Elizabethton.

“Over the years I have developed a strong sense of community,” she said. “I have experience selling single family homes, farms, acreage, mountain land, lake properties and more … My goal is to offer my clients the best service possible, oftentimes forgotten in this world of computerized real estate.”

Sutherland has been awarded for outstanding performance and has reportedly won the Century 21 Master Diamond Award, among others.

Joining her will be Andrea Vancliff. She has been a licensed realtor since 2005. She owned and operated her own real estate company, The Stone Mountain Realty, for over five years in Butler before moving to Elizabethton, which she now calls home.

She has extensive experience with buyers and sellers in the purchases of lake, mountain land, and single-family homes. “I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction; it’s a life-changing experience,” she said. “That’s why I am dedicated to providing exceptional personalized service for all my clients. I will work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.”
