Public asked to help find missing Carter County man

Officials are seeking the public’s help in locating a Carter County man who has been missing since Monday.
Robert Hornbuckle, 27, was last seen Monday in the area of Shell Creek in Roan Mountain.
He is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing 170 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Deputies are asking anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Carter County Sheriff’s Office at 423-542-1845.
