The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
Cody Shane Presnell was arrested on May 29 by EPD Officer Erin Potter for resisting stop/arrest.
Rebecca S. Lovell was arrested on May 30 by EPD Officer Erin Potter for possession of stolen property (two counts) and possession of methamphetamine.
Angela Dawn Grindstaff Taylor was arrested on May 30 by EPD Captain Rocky Croy on a warrant for failure to appear.
Dylan Austin Patterson was arrested on May 31 by EPD Officer Brian Smithpeters for public intoxication.
Alberto Ocampo Jimenez was arrested on June 4 by EPD Officer Spencer Ward for DUI (first offense), speeding (10-19 over), and violation of the implied consent law.
Ryan Thompson was arrested on June 4 by EPD Officer Spencer Ward for DUI (first offense).
Katie Michelle Foreman was arrested on June 5 by EPD Officer Jesse Richardson for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
