A fierce fire razed an outbuilding in Hampton’s 200 block on Spring Street Thursday morning. Hampton/ValleyForge and Roan Mountain Volunteer Fire Departments swiftly quelled the blaze, but the structure was rendered a total loss. The cause of the fire is unknown. No injuries were reported.
