Administrative changes announced by Carter County Schools

Carter County Schools is implementing administrative changes, effective November 3:
Terry Morley, who has held the role of Central Elementary’s principal since 2012, will take the helm at the Carter County Schools Bus Garage. With an Ed.S. in Instructional Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University, Morley also possesses a Master of Arts Degree in History and holds a secondary Social Studies, History, and Government teacher licensure from East Tennessee State University.
Dr. Erica Preswood, formerly an Educational Technology Coach for Carter County Schools, brings 22 years of teaching experience to her new role as Principal of Central Elementary. Dr. Preswood holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, an M.Ed. in Educational Media and Technology from East Tennessee State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education from Appalachian State University.
Carter County Schools extends its congratulations to these administrators as they continue to serve students, families, and communities.
