UPDATE: Jerimiah Bowling has been found safe. Thank you to everyone who sent in tips.

The Carter County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a 17-year-old male who was last seen Saturday night.

According to the CCSO, Jerimiah Bowling is believed to have been dropped off at a convenience store in the Roan Mountain area either late Saturday night or early Sunday morning. He is traveling with a black and tan Dachshund. 

He is described as having brown hair and blue eyes, and is 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing about 145 pounds.

Anyone with information regarding the teenager’s whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 423-542-1845.
