Carter County Schools announces leadership changes to enhance education

In a recent announcement on October 30, Carter County Schools revealed key administrative changes aimed at bolstering education and leadership within the district.
Lisa Ensor, a seasoned educator with an extensive 30-year background in the classroom, is set to take on the vital role of Niswonger Coordinator for the district. She brings a wealth of experience, having taught at Hampton and Happy Valley Elementary, and most recently served as Assistant Principal at Happy Valley Elementary for the past 12 years. Her impressive academic credentials include a B.S. in Elementary Education from East TN State University, an M.Ed. from Tusculum University, and an Ed.S. in Administration and Supervision from Lincoln Memorial University.
Brooke Tolley, another dedicated educator, will step into the role of Assistant Principal at Happy Valley Elementary. With a Mathematics B.S. from East TN State University and a Masters of Education in Instructional Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University, she has been contributing to the district since 2015, most recently at Happy Valley High School.
Carter County Schools extends its hearty congratulations to these administrators as they continue their vital mission of supporting students, families, and communities within the district.
