Carter County Bank has exciting news for the community as hometown hero and Texas Rangers left fielder, Evan Carter, prepares to return to Elizabethton to illuminate the Frasier Fir tree and commence the Christmas season. This much-anticipated event will unfold on Saturday, November 18, at 824 East Elk Avenue and is free and open to the public.
