JOHNSON CITY – On November 2, around 12 a.m., Johnson City Police Department officers responded to a report of a shooting at 149 South Broadway St., specifically the Scotchman Market. The initial investigation confirmed that gunshots were fired during the incident, but fortunately, no injuries were reported.
The Johnson City Police Department is actively pursuing an ongoing investigation into the matter and has stated that this appears to be an isolated event, assuring there is no immediate threat to the general public.
