In commemoration of the late Dr. Danny Fetzer, whose passing occurred in 2017, the Fetzer Family of Elizabethton has graciously donated a piano. This gift, offered in Dr. Fetzer’s memory, signifies a legacy honored and cherished by the community. A special dedication ceremony for the piano is scheduled to take place on Saturday, Nov. 25, at 1 p.m. The ceremony will unfold at Saint Thomas Episcopal Church located at 815 North 2nd St.
The musical tribute during this dedication will feature performances by Annie Hopson, the distinguished musician from St. Thomas Church, and David Arney, a prominent local keyboardist. Their melodic contributions aim to resonate deeply within the hearts of attendees as a tribute to Dr. Fetzer’s impactful life and enduring influence on the Elizabethton community.
