Carter County Youth Basketball League’s week 2 ignites intense competition across multiple venues

In the second week of the Carter County Youth Basketball League (CCYBL) season, a total of 27 games unfolded, engaging 54 teams in spirited competition. The matchups took place across multiple venues including Hampton, Little Milligan, and Unaka Elementary Schools.

Photographer Tyler Scalf, renowned for capturing stellar moments, was onsite at Hampton Elementary School to document the thrilling action from the games. Throughout the league, CCYBL boasts representation from various schools, including Central, Hunter, Unaka, Valley Forge, Hampton, Little Milligan, Elizabethton, and Cloudland.

Simultaneously, C.Y. Peters was present at Little Milligan Elementary, providing further photographic coverage of the league’s intense clashes. These dedicated photographers ensured that the vibrant moments and competitive spirit of CCYBL were captured and shared with the community.
