On Sunday, Dec. 3, around 1 p.m., Johnson City Police Department officers were dispatched to 3 Mel Circle following reports of a shooting incident.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the deceased body of 39-year-old Larry Guinn, a resident of Johnson City. Guinn had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
An ongoing investigation is being conducted into the shooting by local authorities. While details are under scrutiny, police have categorized this event as an isolated incident.
