The Boys & Girls Club of Elizabethton/Carter County sparkled with festive cheer during their 3rd Annual Christmas Tree Lighting event, illuminating an evening dedicated to the club’s “Arts” program, a creative platform aimed at nurturing young minds and encouraging self-expression.
The ambiance was enchanting as guests strolled through a Christmas village meticulously crafted by club members, marveling at the diverse array of art pieces on display. The night crescendoed with the BGCECC Choir’s melodic rendition of Christmas carols, featuring solos that enchanted the audience. A surprise visit from The Grinch during the choir’s performance of “You’re a Mean One Mr. Grinch” added a delightful twist to the evening.
In a celebration of the “Arts” program, the club’s Dance Troupe took the stage, captivating everyone with their vibrant performance. Not to be outdone, members from the T.A. Dugger band chimed in, playing beloved holiday carols that resonated with the audience, spreading joy and merriment.
