The following changes have been announced for Wednesday, January 17:
- The City of Elizabethton administrative offices and City Hall will be CLOSED on Wednesday, January 17, due to uncertain road conditions as well as frigid overnight and mid-morning temperatures.
- Carter County Schools will be closed on January 17.
- City of Elizabethton Municipal Court scheduled for the day has been canceled.
- Elizabethton City Schools will be closed on January 17.
- Elizabethton Rotary Club meeting has been canceled.
- City of Johnson City alters office hours; all City of Johnson City offices will reopen at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 17.
